WARRANTY & LIABILITY  POLICY

1. GENERAL  WARRANTY

COVERAGE

WildHogMods warrants that all CNC-machined components manufactured by the company shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

  • Structural Components: (e.g., Triple Trees, Risers, Engine Covers) are covered for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase.

  • Surface Finish: (Anodizing/Plating) is covered for 30 DAYS against fading or peeling (excludes damage caused by chemical cleaners or UV overexposure).

2. MANDATORY 

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

CRITICAL: All WildHogMods performance parts MUST be installed by a certified professional motorcycle technician. Any damage, failure, or accident resulting from self-installation or installation by unqualified individuals will VOID this warranty.

3. ENGINEERING & TORQUE 

COMPLIANCE

Warranty claims will only be honored if the product was installed according to the Torque Specifications and Threadlocker requirements provided in our Technical Support documentation. Evidence of over-torquing (e.g., elongated bolt holes or crushed surfaces) will result in immediate denial of claim.

4. SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Competition Use: Damage incurred during racing, track events, or stunt riding.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Gaskets, O-rings, bearings, and brake rotor friction surfaces.

  • Improper Maintenance: Corrosion caused by road salt, acid-based cleaners, or neglect.

  • Unauthorized Modification: Parts that have been re-drilled, polished, or re-anodized by the user.

5. RMA & CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a claim, Authorized Dealers must:

  1. Submit high-resolution photos/videos of the failure.

  2. Provide the Original Work Order from the professional shop that performed the installation.

  3. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the claimant unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our engineering team.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WildHogMods’ liability is limited strictly to the replacement or repair of the component itself. We are not liable for labor costs, towing fees, vehicle rental, personal injury, or any incidental/consequential damages resulting from part failure.
