Do you offer customization for specific motorcycle models? How do you ensure a perfect fit?

Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services, including custom logos and unique part designs. To ensure 100% compatibility, our engineering team performs real-bike testing on specific models before mass production.

What is the estimated lead time, and do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For in-stock items, we ship within 2 business days. Custom or bulk orders typically take 7-15 days after sample confirmation. We are small-business friendly and support low MOQs for wholesale and custom projects.

What are your standard trade terms and accepted payment methods?

Our standard quotes are EXW or FOB. We can also provide DDP (Duty Paid) quotes upon request. We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), PayPal, and Credit Cards. 

How do you guarantee product quality? What if I need help with installation?

We conduct pre-production sample approval and a final inspection before every shipment. If you encounter any issues, we offer remote technical support and installation guidance via video or detailed manuals to ensure your project is a success.
